Fawn Mckay
Fawn MCK Brodie was born 15th September 1915 in Ogden Utah. Fawn MCKAY, who was raised in the Mormon Church's First Family employed her creative talents and expertise in research to write the fascinating psycho-historical biographical biography of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945 under the title No Man Knows My History, she used both. It was derived from the title of a sermon delivered by Joseph Smith in 1844. In the sermon, he shocked his hearers with his words: "You do not know me and have not heard my heart. No one knows my story. The truth is that I'm not sure. Fawn (29 year old) wrote that she has been honest since the moment she made her statement the three hundred and thirty writers have stood up to the occasion. A lot of people have detested him while others have glorified. Few have made a diagnosis. It's not that documents aren't there, it's the fact that they're contradictory. This is the task--sifting out the firsthand evidence from the third-party inconsistencies and integrating Mormon-related narratives into a cohesive mosaic of reliable historical facts. is exciting and enlightening. Fawn Brodie's professional life was devoted to this aim. Her writings and research made her famous all over the world. Thaddeus Stephens. The DevilDrives. Thomas Jefferson. The intimate Histories (1974), and Richard Nixon.
